Mural Concepts
These are mural concepts that were commissioned by clients but ultimately were postponed for various extenuating circumstances

For the large exterior wall on the side of the gastropub, I created several designs that referenced the client’s commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients. Due to unforeseen construction complications at the restaurant, the mural project has been postponed until 2022.

Central Station Restaurant
Dunkirk, NY
SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER 2020
Several rounds of designs were created and approved for an exterior sign in 50s diner aesthetics. A slogan was also created for the restaurant’s forthcoming rebranding. At the client’s request, the mural project has been put on hold due to COVID-19 complications.
Since the business is going to be rebranded in the coming years, Alisia Augustine Glasier and I avoided designs with the restaurant name and instead opted for simple, direct words like "Eat" and "Diner" as often seen on classic American diners. All of the options feature a large arrow to call attention to the entrance location.
In Design 1, we tested the slogan "Eat Handsomely" as a connection to their Handsome Rob character and thought the phrase relates well to the restaurant's commitment to both preparing traditional yet elevated dishes and providing quality customer service.
